Refund and Return Policy
***By placing an order on www.halofashionwear.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy in its entirety. This Policy forms part of the legally binding terms of your purchase contract with www.halofashionwear.com. The act of placing an order constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Policy***
- No returns acceptable
- A return request can be raised only when a wrong shipment has been shipped.
- To avail for the return under above mentioned criteria, the package in which the product came is important and the item must be unworn condition, if there is no package we cannot process your return, if the product was worn a return cannot be processed.
- And the request for return of wrong shipment must be raised on the same day of delivery and the item must be in an unworn condition.
- No change in color or sizes or design is acceptable after delivery.
- No refund of amount can be provided, items that comes under return requirements will be replaced not refunded, Print colours are subjected to changes, the product may appear slightly different from the image and is not eligible for return .
- COD Order placed can only be processed once, if there is any cancellation midway during transit, a New order cannot be placed under COD, But one can place an order for an item in PREPAID option.
- In case of PREPAID orders that are cancelled midway when in transit or returned after delivery attempts ,the handling and shipping charges will be deduced and the remaining amount will be refunded after the shipment is returned to us back.
- All our products go through strict quality check so any tear or major damages in delivered product is not possible, unless there was any damage in transit, if there is any sign of damage during delivery, we request you to provide a image of the shipment before opening it.
- An unboxing video must be presented for all kind of return, we advice all our customers to take an unboxing video to claim return and replacement under any conditions mentioned above (Wrong shipment, Damaged product), failing to produce an unboxing video, the return request will be rejected for all cases.
- Any signs of tampering with the product or package wont be accepted.
- We don't take responsibility for any order shipped back to us without our consent.
